Privacy Policy – Plush Drop

Effective date: October 16, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rognet ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you play Plush Drop (the "Game") on your Android device, and what choices you have. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Game.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data in connection with the Game is:

Rognet

Email: przemek5504@gmail.com

2. Summary

3. Information we process

3.1 Information stored only on your device

To let you continue playing, the Game stores on your device: your level progress, number of attempts, in-game currency and boosters, high scores and statistics, sound/music/vibration settings, whether the tutorial has been completed, and whether you own the "No ads" purchase. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. It is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. (If you use Android's backup features, Google may back this data up under your Google account in line with your device settings.)

3.3 Information you send to us

If you contact us (for example by email to ask a question or exercise your rights), we process the information you provide, such as your email address and the content of your message.

3.4 What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or precise location. The Game does not contain social features, chat or user-generated content. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Why we use information and our legal bases

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and equivalent laws:

PurposeLegal basis
Providing the Game, saving your progress, delivering purchases and rewards, and restoring purchases Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Showing advertising, including personalised advertising, and measuring ad performance Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through our consent form. If you do not consent, only limited ads without personalisation may be shown, or no ads at all, depending on your choices and Google's rules.
Analytics: understanding how the Game is used and improving it (Firebase Analytics, with storage and use governed by your consent choices) Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in improving the Game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Detecting and fixing crashes and errors, keeping the Game stable and secure (Firebase Crashlytics) Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time (see section 9).
Tuning game difficulty, rewards and ad frequency (Firebase Remote Config) Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Responding to your messages and requests Legitimate interest or, where applicable, contract or legal obligation
Complying with legal obligations and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Ads and your consent choices

The Game shows two kinds of ads through Google AdMob:

The Game does not use banner ads or app-open ads. A one-time "No ads" purchase removes interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain available because they are optional.

Consent form

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we show a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform the first time you open the Game, before any ad is requested. The Game can be played whatever you choose. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalised, limited (non-personalised) or not shown.

Changing your choices

Learn more about how Google uses data when you use partner apps: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal data for money. We share information only with the following types of recipients:

If we add other advertising networks or service providers in the future, we will update this Policy before they start processing your data.

7. International transfers

Our service providers, in particular Google, may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where data from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. How long we keep information

Data held by Google as an independent controller (for example for advertising) is governed by Google's own retention policies.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, and in particular if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to:

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in section 14. Because the Game does not require an account and we do not collect names or email addresses, we may not be able to link data to you without additional information. We may therefore ask you for details that help us locate the data, such as your Android Advertising ID or app-instance ID, and to confirm that the request concerns you. We will respond within one month (or the period required by applicable law).

Data processed by Google in its own right can also be managed through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.

10. US state privacy rights

If you live in California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through Google AdMob may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising or a "sale" under some state laws. You can opt out by using Settings → Privacy & Ads in the Game where available, by turning off ads personalisation in your Android settings, or by contacting us. To submit a request, use the contact details in section 14. We will verify and respond to requests as required by law.

11. Age requirement and children

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not direct the Game to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. In some countries the minimum age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data online is higher than 13 (up to 16 in some EU Member States). If this applies to you, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including the use of reputable service providers and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or services. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (for example in the Game or on the store listing) and, where required, ask for your consent again.
