Poopy Bird Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Summary

Poopy Bird does not ask for, collect or store any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no in-app purchases. The only third-party service in the app is Google AdMob, which shows ads and may collect certain device data as described below.

Who we are

Poopy Bird (“the App”) is developed and published by Rogasoft, Poland (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the App and for this Privacy Policy. You can contact us at przemek5504@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect, receive or store any personal information about you. We do not have servers that receive data from the App.

The App saves two things locally on your device only: your best score and your sound on/off setting. This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or precise location.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC or, for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited. To show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, Google may automatically collect and process information such as:

This information is collected directly by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google’s own policies. You can learn more here:

Your consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before your data is used for personalised advertising. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads. Our legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by tapping the privacy button (shield icon) in the App.

Your choices everywhere

US state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example California), you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Because data for ads is collected by Google, you can exercise opt-out choices through your device’s advertising ID settings described above, and you can contact us with any request.

International transfers

Google may process information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Google applies safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in its privacy policy.

Data retention

We do not store any of your data. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google’s retention policies.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help to resolve it.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. As we do not hold any of your data, most requests are best directed to Google, but we are happy to help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Information collected by Google is transmitted using encrypted connections. The data stored locally by the App (your best score and sound setting) contains no personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or services. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
